POC Radio Customer Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a POC Radio from Cogent Radios Group I agree to and Understand the following about these devices:
These radios only work when there is a 4G LTE signal available. I understand that these radios have the same coverage and connectivity as a cell phone. All though these radios work better than cell phones I understand that communication interruptions can occur.
As with all technology there comes a time in the life of the product is no longer supported by the manufacturer. When this time comes Cogent Radios Group can upgrade you to a newer device if you choose to continue the POC service.
An end-of-life (EOL) product is a product that has reached the end of its useful life and is no longer supported by the manufacturer. When a product reaches EOL, the manufacturer will stop selling, marketing, and providing support for it. The product may be removed from the market or replaced with a new version.
Here are some things that happen when a product reaches EOL:
- No updates: Users will no longer receive updates for the product.
- No support: The manufacturer will stop providing technical support and updates for the product.
- No parts or services: The manufacturer will stop providing parts or services for the product.ÂA related term is end-of-support (EOS), which means the manufacturer will stop providing technical support and updates for the product. However, the product may still function.Â
